Guidelines for Adopt-a-Trail Crews

• Check on your adopted section of trail at least twice a month from April to the end of October.
• Clear trail of debris and refuse.
• Prune trees or shrubs as needed to keep trail clear.
• Report vandalism, unsafe conditions and large trash items to Crew Leaders.
• Sweep paved trail surfaces.

Other Possible Crew Projects

• Plant trees, flowers, or shrubs.
• Promote wildlife and the natural environment.
• Build and maintain birdhouses.
• Raise funds for new purchases.
• Install and maintain picnic tables or benches.

  ALL PROJECTS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE FFMHT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
