Hall rental available ONLY to residents of Sidney Township.

NO ALCOHOLIC beverages allowed in the building or on the premises.

Table decorations only.

Applicant is responsible for closing windows, shutting off lights, and locking door before leaving.

Person/groups using facilties will be held liable for damages to building and/or equipment.

No dances are allowed.

When hall is rented for the day or evening, applicant is to clean prior to leaving.

All trash/garbage must be removed from premises by person/group using the hall. Person/group using hall must clean & return facilties to condition in which found.

Township Board reserves the right to cancel, or prohibit further use if rules are not adhered to.

The Township Board's office will not be rented out.

Capacity of the building is sixty-five (65).

RENTAL RATES: $100 for residents of Sidney Township. $50 will be refunded if the building is left clean. No charge for senior group meetings (62). No charge for non-profit organizations located within the township for meetings.
