Our newly implemented disease prevention program which vaccinates and worms animals on intake is in place.  The adoption costs for animals will be charged to individials, as well as all rescue groups. 

Dogs/puppies: There is a $20 adoption fee, plus a $50 spay/neuter deposit which is refunded to the adopting party once the pet has been spayed or neutered.

Cats/kittens: There is a $10 adoption fee, plus a $25 spay/neuter deposit which is refunded to the adopting party once the pet has been spayed or neutered.

Adopted pets must be spayed/neutered within 30 days of adoption if over 6 months old or by the time the pet is 7 months of age. This is a state law and applies to all animal shelters in the state of Michigan. Failure to have the pet spayed or neutered within the alloted time frame is subject to forfeiture of the animal and other penalties. So do not adopt a pet if you are not willing to comply with these regulations.
