Paving was begun this week (July 16) that will connect the Trail from McBride to Edmore!  This work is being done by Youngstrom Contracting, Inc.. and is scheduled for completion by early August, 2007.  A Trail Celebration, including a ride, walk, and skate by all who would like to participate, will be held on August 25, 2007.  A ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. in Edmore, at Forrest Street and the Trail.  Immediately following the cutting, all riders, walkers, skaters and supporters can try out the new Trail.  For those who go as far as McBride, they will find refreshments at the Village Hall.  Refreshments will be served at the Edmore tent also.  Keep tuned for more details!  Great news for Trail users and supporters!!
