FRIENDS OF THE FRED MEIJER HEARTLAND TRAIL FUNDRAISER AND BANQUET 2010 Dear Members & Supporters of the FFMHT – We are beginning the very important fundraising event for 2010 which will support Trail activities, including Trail maintenance, Insurance, Signage and Publicity. You are cordially invited to the Annual Banquet on May 1, 2010, to be held in Edmore, MI at the Curtis Building, 209 Sheldon Street. A Social Hour that includes a Silent Auction begins at 5:00 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. and will include fried chicken and roast beef with several sides and dessert. Tickets are $15.00. Drawings for the great prizes will be held at 8:00 p.m. You do not need to be present to win. Silent Auction closes at 8:00. WE NEED YOUR HELP! The Board of Directors is asking all supporters to please support this fundraising effort by either buying tickets, or selling them. MDOT Grants do not support ongoing operations! This fundraiser is our one large opportunity to fund these needs. All checks should be made out to FFMHT. REMEMBER TO CHOOSE YOUR PRIZE CATEGORY!! Don’t forget to choose which prize(s) your raffle tickets will be drawn for. Mark returned stubs with one word from the list below to indicate which category your ticket will be put into: B & B for the stay at Cloghaun House; Bike for the bike; Plane for the 30 minute plane ride; Golf for the stay at McGuire’s Resort, and Island for the two nights for two on Bois Blanc Island.. Please return ticket stubs and money BEFORE the Banquet to help with record keeping. Additional tickets can be purchased at the door.
