In June 2002, the Montcalm County Board of Commissioners adopted a minimum standard of water design criteria for subdivisions and commercial development.
A copy of construction plans must be submitted to Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber. You will find the address in the Storm Water Design Criteria Manual.
A copy should also be submitted to the Drain Commission along with the following fees:
$200.00 Plan Review Fee
$150.00 Inspection Fee
$1000.00 Deposit (Refunded after all requested documentation has been submitted and approved)
