All Felony files are kept by the Circuit Court Clerk's office located in the Montcalm County Court Complex located at 639 N. State Street, Stanton, MI. 

Copies of criminal records can be obtained for the cost of $1 per page.  Certified copies are $10 for the first page of a document and $1 for each subsequent page of the same document.

Payment must be in the form of a Certified Check, Money Order or Cash.
