HealthCare Plus+ is our ambulance subscription program that covers all out-of-pocket costs for MEDICALLY NECESSARY ambulance transports. Many insurances have co-pays that the patient is responsible for; HealthCare Plus+ takes care of those costs. HCP+ will even cover the entire cost of a MEDICALLY NECESSARY ambulance transport if you do not have insurance or if your insurance rejects a claim.
HealthCare Plus+ costs only $35.00 for a full year and covers your entire household (member and spouse and their dependent children under the age of 21 living in the home). Grandchildren and/or other minors are not covered under a member’s subscription.
Remember, HealthCare Plus+ is not an insurance program - MCES will still bill all applicable insurances for payment for ambulance services. HCP+ is only designed to cover a patient's out-of-pocket costs.
If you are interested in purchasing HealthCare Plus+ you may either fill out the application online, print it and mail it with your check or money order or you may call the office to have a brochure sent to you.
