Divorce proceedings are initiated at the County Clerk's office. A filing fee of $150.00 is required at the time of filing. Prior to the Judgment of Divorce being filed, an additional fee of $80.00 is required. Divorce records are public record and date back to 1867. Copies are available at a rate of $1.00 per page or $10.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page for a certified copy.
