The Friend of the Court (FOC) is a part of the family division of the Circuit Court.  The Friend of the Court enforces the orders of the Circuit/Family Court in divorce actions where minor children are involved.  The orders may involve child support payments, visitation, custody, insurance, etc. and assist in the establishment and enforcement of family domestic relations orders regarding child support, custody, and parenting time.
