State law requires all dogs four (4) months of age and older to have a current rabies vaccination and license. For a one (1) year license the rabies must be valid the entire year. For a three (3) year license the rabies must be valid the entire three (3) years. Check your rabies expiration date prior to mailing your application. The license cannot extend longer than the rabies shot.
