The County Clerk is the Clerk to the Circuit Court. All case initiations/filings in domestic matters; civil claims in excess of $25,000; and felony matters take place within the Clerk's Office. Personal Protection Orders (PPO's) are also filed with the County Clerk. Copies of court records can be obtained at a cost of $1.00 per page or $10.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page for a certified copy.
